FAQ

Honest answers.

Including the uncomfortable ones — like what we haven't built yet.

Is SarvFlow available yet?

Not yet — SarvFlow is in active development. The research library, design principles and privacy architecture are public and real; the app itself is being built. Join the early access list and you'll get meaningful product updates and an invitation when we're ready.

Do you connect to my bank account?

Not yet. Bank connectivity via regulated open banking is in development and we don't have it today — we'll keep saying so until it's live. When it ships, it will be read-only, limited to accounts you choose, revocable at any time, and analysed on-device wherever practical.

What data does SarvFlow use?

Only signals you explicitly switch on: spending patterns (once open banking ships), optional wellbeing signals like sleep-pattern shifts, location-based routine patterns, plus public context like weather. Every signal is separately permissioned and separately revocable.

Can my employer (or bank, or sponsor) see my data?

No. Never. Organisations receive cohort-level aggregates with minimum group thresholds — trends across a population, nothing traceable to an individual. Personal signals stay personal; organisational signals stay aggregated. That's architecture, not a promise.

How does SarvFlow make money?

From organisations, not from your data. Partners (employers, banks, insurers, benefits providers) sponsor access for their people, and CPG brands pay for consented cohort insight and clearly-labelled sponsored nudges. Personal data is never sold or brokered — it's not the business model.

What are sponsored nudges? Will brands manipulate me?

SarvFlow Engage placements are always labelled as sponsored, must pass a user-benefit test (a real saving or a genuinely better option), are delivered by context rather than personal targeting, and can be silenced in one tap. The rules are public in the Nudge Canon — and they bind our commercial partners exactly as they bind us.

What are Sarv Edge and Sarv Grid?

Sarv Edge is the on-device intelligence layer underneath SarvFlow — the principle that intelligence should sit closer to the person it serves. Sarv Grid (with the Vault hardware) is our sister venture building trusted, verifiable distributed AI compute at sarvflow.ai. All three grew from the same conviction: personal data should be processed where it lives.

Is SarvFlow financial advice?

No. SarvFlow offers behavioural guidance — timely, explainable suggestions that help you act on your own goals. It does not provide regulated financial advice, diagnoses, or professional mental-health support, and it never pretends to.

Money that understands your life.
